Day 01

Day 01 - Arrival, Villa

You’ll be warmly welcomed in Negombo and taken to Villa Hundira a stunning location encircled by lush vegetation after landing. Relax and settle down in the tranquillity and carry yourself to relaxation.

Day 02- Transportation, Temple visit

You’ll travel to Digana, where you’ll begin your day whilst taking the spiritual surroundings of the Kandy Temple of the Tooth Relic. This is one of the most revered places in the country and represents a profoundly spiritual and peaceful moment. After that, you will be welcome to stay the night at Diganas Rukgala Retreat. Embrace the rare chance to experience nature in all its unadulterated beauty and lose yourself in a gorgeous world far from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

Day 03 - Yoga, Walk, Cave visit

Since Rukgala Retreat offers everyday morning and evening yoga courses, it allows you to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. A guided tour of the Meditation Caves in Bambaragala provides a transforming and meaningful connection with nature. You may explore the ancient caves and go rock climbing.

Day 04 - Yoga, Paddle-boarding, Body Massage

Take a yoga session in the morning, and experience paddle boarding on the lake. Relax with a full-body massage by a professional massage therapist. Conclude the day with a yoga class in the evening. Spend the night at the Rukgala Retreat.

Day 05 - Transportation, Relaxation

Say goodbye to Digana and make your way to the ancient town of Galle. The ideal spot to relax and refuel after a ride to Niyagama House, a charming boutique hotel surrounded by greenery. Enjoy the serene atmosphere whilst you enjoy the beauty of the area.

Day 06 - Yoga, Meditation

The next morning begin your exercise and restorative yoga class at Niyagama House. Be a part of guided meditation and relaxation techniques. Relax your mind with a productive five minutes of meditation. Proceed to Galle whilst you can if you’d like to attend energising and calming yoga classes in the evening.

Day 07 - Departure

Hold tight to the memories created and you will be transferred back.
