Day 01

Day 01 - Arrival, Lunch and Dinner, Relax

Proceed to your Negombo accommodation where you can unwind with your loved ones.

Day 02 - City tour, Elephant Orphanage, Lunch and Dinner, Transportation

Take a town tour of Negombo, stopping at beautiful beaches and vibrant religious structures. See orphaned newborn elephants at the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage in Sigiriya by volunteering there.

Day 03 - Hiking, Ruin Exploration, Lunch and Dinner, Transportation

Climb Sigiriya Rock, Sri Lanka’s most visited tourist destination, first thing in the morning. The stairs to the summit, which once held the monarch’s residence, are guarded by the famous enormous lion paws. Explore the town of Polonnaruwa in the afternoon, which is home to ancient remains from the island’s amazing past.

Day 04 - Sacred Sites, Jeep Safari, Lunch and Dinner

See the nation’s first historic capital, Anuradhapura. Over the course of its more than 1,000-year history, the kingdom was controlled by 117 distinct emperors who constructed Buddhist temples, exquisite palaces, lovely gardens, and irrigation systems. Experience an exhilarating jeep safari in the afternoon in Minneriya National Park, which is renowned for hosting the biggest seasonal elephant gathering in the world.

Day 05 - Cave Temple, Garden Visits, Transportation, Lunch and Dinner

Transfer to Kandy and explore the Dambulla cave temple, which is UNESCO-listed and 2000 years ancient. The partitions and ceilings of the five caves here are decorated with centuries-old works of art. Later, go for an interesting tour on a spice lawn in Matale.

Day 06 - City Tour, Garden Visit, Temple Visits, Shopping, Cultural Show, Lunch and Dinner

Enjoy a city tour of Kandy, a bustling metropolis with many shopping options. Shops selling a range of Sri Lankan-specific items including diamonds, silk, wood carvings, and batiks. After visiting the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens, take in a cultural performance in the evening before visiting the Temple of the Tooth Relic.

Day 07 - Tea Factory & Plantation, City Tour, Lunch and Dinner, Transportation

As you approach Nuwara Eliya, the hill country located 1800 meters above sea level, relax and take in the breathtaking vistas of unending emerald tea fields. Stop along the way to see the tea industry and get a view of the breathtaking Ramboda Falls. You can purchase factory sparkling tea when you visit the production unit outlet. In the afternoon, go on a city tour in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 08 - Trekking, Lunch and Dinner, Sightseeing

See the popular trekking site, Hortain Plains, which is Sri Lanka’s only World Heritage Site. See the major sights, such as World’s End and Baker’s Falls. Explore the other well-known locations in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 09 - Train Ride, Lunch and Dinner, City Tour

This morning, board a picturesque train going for Ella, which offers panoramic views of tea plantations, waterfalls, reservoirs, and an endless number of tunnels.

Day 10 - Transportation, Jeep Safari, Lunch and Dinner

In recent years, Yala National Park has been the most popular tourist destination. Take a Jeep Safari there. See Sri Lankan leopards and Asian elephants roaming freely.

Day 11, 12 & 13 - Beach Stay, Lunch and Dinner, Boat Ride, Turtle Farm, Water Sports

Explore the majestic Dutch Fort in Galle, which is thought to be the best-preserved colonial bastion in Asia, early in the morning. The island’s oldest breadfruit tree is located here as well. Take advantage of the chance to see the wetland ecology up close by riding a Madhu River Boat. A conservation attempt to save the juvenile turtles that face extinction includes a visit to the turtle hatchery. Make memories with your loved ones by taking a stroll along the sandy Galle beach. On your last day in Galle, take part in an exciting day of water activities in the Bentota River.

Day 14 - City Tour, Transport, Departure

Hold onto the memories you’ve created, and you’ll be transferred back. En route, stop at Colombo, where you can engage in a city tour if you have time.
